Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must have your order confirmation or receipt.
- Contact us first to initiate the return process.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@barleybites.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products (for hygiene reasons).
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
Want a different product? Simply return the original and place a new order. We'll waive shipping on your replacement order — just mention your return when ordering.
