Our process starts with growing fresh barley grass hydroponically in controlled environments. Once the grass reaches peak nutrition, it is carefully harvested and gently dehydrated to preserve all the natural vitamins and minerals. The dehydrated grass is then blended with wholesome grains and a touch of natural molasses before being baked in small batches to create our signature biscuits.

Store Barley Bites in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend sealing the bag tightly or transferring to an airtight container. Properly stored, our treats stay fresh for up to 6 months after opening. Check the best-before date on each package.
